Report of the joint assessment mission on youth at risk in Sierra Leone

The overarching objective of the joint assessment mission was to develop a broadly shared understanding of Patterns of recruitment and mobilization of young people into cliques and gangs in rural and urban areas and estimation of the phenomenon and Recommendations for key elements that could mitigate the involvement of youth in cliques and gangs and, instead, become a productive force in their communities, contributing to the long-term development goal of the country.
