Our Work on the Sustainable Development Goals in Sierra Leone
How the UN is supporting The Sustainable Development Goals in Sierra Leone
All work in Sierra Leone is guided by the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework 2025-2030. It features four key priority areas of intervention:
1. Sustainable Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Security;
2. Transformational Governance;
3. Access to Basic Services;
4. Protection and empowerment of the most vulnerable.
The outcomes are grounded in the Government's Medium-Term National Development Plan (MTNDP) 2024–2030, complemented by the UN Country Team's joint assessment of priority areas where a coordinated UN response can best support national development goals.
