Framework 2025-2030. This framework aligns seamlessly with Sierra Leone's Medium-Term National Development
Plan (2024-2030) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It emphasizes six key transitions for the nation's development: inclusive and sustainable economic growth, equitable human development, accountable governance, sustainable environmental management, resilient communities, and gender equality.
